Program Participation at Davisburg

Registration for Programs is now OPEN and ongoing throughout the season.
Participants in programs at Davisburg are required to be members of the Davisburg Community Association. Memberships are available for $20.00/calendar year.

Classes onging
Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

An invigorating self-paced program utilizing different methods of core training. 

Session Runs September 11 to October 18
Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15am to 10:15am

Classes include movements that focus on agility, strength, core stability, cardio and tone. Fitness results are achieved through a variety of exercises and equipment. All fitness levels are encouraged.

Classes begin September 10
Mondays & Fridays, 8:30am to 9:30am

Taught by world-class instructor Mike Miles, this fast-paced, challenging class provides a full-body workout.

Beginners always welcome!

Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:30am

Mondays, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Awaken your body and mind through a well-balanced yoga class that will include intentional deep breathing and a variety of yoga postures.
