Registration for Programs is now OPEN and ongoing throughout the season.
Participants in programs at Davisburg are required to be members of the Davisburg Community Association.
Memberships are available for $20.00/calendar year.

Join Mandy Wednesdays in the winter months for a sweaty 75 minute combo class.

Half HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training & Half Vinyasa Flow with a Core focus.

Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm

An invigorating 60 minute self-paced program utilizing different methods of core training. 

Fridays, 8:30am to 10:00am

Taught by world-class instructor Mike Miles, this fast-paced, challenging class provides a full-body workout.

Beginners always welcome!

Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:00am

If you're looking for another way to reduce stress consider this 90 minute Tai Chi class.

Mondays, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Awaken your body and mind through a well-balanced yoga class that will include intentional deep breathing and a variety of yoga postures.

Thursdays 7:00pm to 8:00pm

A challenging self-paced workout incorporating a variety of fitness training forms.
