Program Participation at Davisburg

Registration for Programs is now OPEN and ongoing throughout the season.
Participants in programs at Davisburg are required to be members of the Davisburg Community Association. Memberships are available for $20.00/calendar year.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:15am to 10:15am

Outdoor Bootcamp offers a variety of exercises that involve cardio, strength , stability, and core. 

Wednesdays 7:00pm to 8:00pm
NEW! Introductory Class

These classes include practice in Qi Jong (energy work) and Tai Chi (moving meditation).

Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

An invigorating self-paced program utilizing different methods of core training. 

Mondays & Fridays, 8:30am to 9:30am

Taught by world-class instructor Mike Miles, this fast-paced, challenging class provides a full-body workout.

Beginners always welcome!

Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:30am

If you are looking for another way to reduce stress consider Tai Chi.

We are now accepting registrations for the 2019 year.

Ages 6 to 25 and HorseMasters 25+


Mondays, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Awaken your body and mind through a well-balanced yoga class that will include intentional deep breathing and a variety of yoga postures.

Thursdays 7:30pm to 8:30pm

A challenging self-paced workout incorporating a variety of fitness training forms.
