Awaken your body and mind through a well-balanced yoga class that will include intentional deep breathing and a variety of yoga postures such as standing, balancing, back bending, core strength, hip & shoulder openers. You will leave feeling open and strong with a sense of calm and peace. Class is friendly for beginners.


Pilates improves your balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. This class incorporates the newer forms of Pilates such as Zenga and Bosu.


This class offers a variety of everything from core to cardio for all levels with modifications when needed.
