ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Length of Davisburg Association Memberships

Davisburg Association Memberships are valid for one year starting from the date of purchase.

Consecutive Months: Events, Programs, or discounted Hall Rentals may require a Membership to be held for certain number of consecutive months. Consecutive is defined as an unbroken term of membership.

For example, having a membership for two years would be defined as 24 consecutive months. However, if your membership should lapse after the first year (12 months), then another year of membership purchased a time later, this membership would no longer hold consecutive status as the successive membership term was broken.

Payment and Fees

One-time Annual Membership: By purchasing an Annual Davisburg Association membership, you agree to a payment for one full year of membership. Your membership is valid for one year, starting from the date of your purchase. Your membership will NOT automatically renew. If desired, you will have an opportunity to renew your membership for another one year term within 30 days from your membership expiry date. To renew your membership, log in to your account on Davisburg > Account > Profile > My Subscriptions, and follow the process to Renew. We will notify you before your membership expires.

Annual Subscription: By purchasing a Recurring Annual Davisburg Association Subscription, you agree to an initial payment for one full year of membership. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Davisburg Association Membership fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription any time before the next billing cycle.

Automatic Annual Renewal Terms: We will bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current rate at the expiration of your Annual Subscription.

For example, if you purchased an Annual Subscription on May 10, 2020 (thus ending May 10, 2021), you will be billed for the second year (to May 10, 2022), on May 10, 2021, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before May 10, 2021. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Davisburg will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. Please see how to cancel your subscription below in the section entitled "Cancellation Policy".

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Annual Subscription fee at any time, by logging in to your Davisburg account > Profile > Subscriptions > Cancel and following the cancellation procedures described, or you may email us at and request your subscription be cancelled.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Recurring Annual Association Membership: Should you decide to cancel your Annual Subscription you will not be reimbursed for any charges already billed, however, your membership will continue to be valid up to the date of expiry at which point your Annual Subscription and Davisburg Membership will cease.

One-time Annual Association Membership. Once purchased, a one-time Annual Davisburg Association Membership is non-refundable. Your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to renew your membership, simply do nothing, and your Membership will cease.
