Join Mandy Wednesdays in the winter months for a sweaty 75 minute combo class.
Half HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training & Half Vinyasa Flow with a Core focus.
There will be a variety of high & low impact body weight exercises with varying length intervals in HIIT. The sweat will continue to drip as you flow through a dynamic yoga sequence focusing on the core. No experience required!
Please bring your indoor runners, a towel, a yoga mat and a water bottle.
