Description

Classes run Sept 11 to Oct 18

Classes include movements that  focus on agility, strength, core stability, cardio, and tone. Fitness results are achieved through a variety of exercises and equipment. All fitness levels are encouraged.

Cost: drop-in $20/class; partcipant: 1 class/week $100, 2 times/week: $160

Classes held outdoors, weather permitting.
