Awaken your body and mind through a well-balanced yoga class that will include intentional deep breathing and a variety of yoga postures such as standing, balancing, back bending, core strength, hip & shoulder openers.

You will leave feeling open and strong with a sense of calm and peace. Class is friendly for beginners.
